It is so quite you really can not hear it at all unless you put your ear to the dishwasher to hear if it is still in the wash or dry cycle. I have extremely large dinner plates and this one handles them great. I love how much I can load into it. My old dish washer was 21 years old and it was still working perfectly when I gave it away. I hope this one will last at least half that long,

I don't know if you have the option to use your old parts if BB does the install but you don't want to do that if installing yourself. Buy this kit and do the install correctly to avoid any problems with leaky connections, etc.

Not to mention that haul away of the old equipment is part of the process.

Dishwasher Install Kit-Multi was easy to install. However, the T-piece was not in the kit as depicted in the image on the front of the box.

Did I really need it . . . . Not really but used it since I purchased it and might as well keep everything new. Do yourself a favor and get this for your new dishwasher!
