Parts feel sturdy and solve for a couple of the two most common hot water intake connections. Feels like a solid universal kit for fairly painless install. Instructions are good complement to unit's manufacturer's guide.

Also, I've tried using old pieces before, and they just aren't as secure: if you are spending $600 on a dishwasher, it makes sense to spend another $15 or so on the connection.

We had to do some drilling to get the kit in place but that was not an issue. The team was very quick and knew what they were doing.

I can see it where it hooks to the drain line under my sink. It seems stiffer than my old one did which makes it a little harder storing things around it. I guess it is stronger so not easy to get damaged. That I suppose is a good thing.

It is so quite you really can not hear it at all unless you put your ear to the dishwasher to hear if it is still in the wash or dry cycle. I have extremely large dinner plates and this one handles them great. I love how much I can load into it. My old dish washer was 21 years old and it was still working perfectly when I gave it away. I hope this one will last at least half that long,
