    This is a required purchase with a new washer. Old hoses cannot be used if delivery/setup is desired. Works as expected.

    the washer works fine, but it seems to tangle the clothes and wish the installers would have put the washer closer to my dryer, they said the hose to drain was short. ?? why they couldn't have put a longer hose to drain, is a puzzle to me. I stopped by the Okemos Best Buy where I purchased the washer and dryer and asked for someone to check it out, they told me I would get a call within the next 72 hrs, No CALL Yet, that was a couple weeks ago. JB
