They were very courteous and professional. The installation went well. The purchase of this kit was a wise choice and worth the money spent. The washer being replaced, was a Kenmore I purchased new in 1998. I would think that the kit was long passed its use and in need of replacement.

Make sure you run water through them before installation to remove any material left from their construction or from their storage. Comes with high quality and long life red rubber seals at both ends. This is a connect and forget piece of hardware that will last as long as you need them to.
