And the even stranger part was the washer and dryer I purchased from Best Buy had a steam option so I technically needed two additional hoses for the y-adapter so both appliances would have water, and the installer just used the hoses I already had even though I was told I needed new ones for delivery. Suddenly "free" delivery isnt so "free"
