You install them and then forget about them.

This is the third set of this hoses I buy for 3 different washers. My first set lasted 13 years and when I replaced the washer I bought this set of hoses again. My second set was for an apartment washer. I had no problems with them so far.

It doesn't come with one!

BUT, as I stated in my dryer review, you have two choices: White, cheap and plastic or Stainless steel. I chose the latter. Looks better, lasts longer, less chance of holes or dripping and insurance premium is less. As a matter of fact, your insurance will likely not cover a leak claim if you have the plastic set. Get the Stainless set!

Excellent hoses kit for the Washer

I've ordered these hoses to go with the washer and they are perfect fit. The technicians did a superb job in and out of my house (including hulling the junked Maytag away) in 20 minutes. Overall a good product and a excellent installation job.

Because I don't see / use it and it's a behind the scenes part, I don't have much to comment on. However, it is the recommended part and I love that BB lets you know you need it when ordering on-line. I think the mfgr should just include it with the new unit since everyone really should get this when they get a new washer.
