Washer fill hose

I had to go buy an extenstion and find someone to fix it. Why would they make them so short? Guys said they are not qualified to do that. Gave me detailed instructions on what to buy. Thank You for that.

Take two appointment to get my washer installed

After i measure, it was big enough. Need to call Best Buy to reschedule another appointment and waste another 4 hours of my time.
