mixed feelings
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.when I bought the washing machine I was FORCED to get these hoses. if I wanted the warranty I had to have these hoses which cost $ 29.99. are the hoses good? they better be for that price. these are 6' and I only needed 3 feet. so 3 stars for price as $ 9.99 hoses probably would work just fine.

Unnecessary and overpriced!

We had just replaced the washer hoses last year with ones that seemed to be of better quality than these hoses. We kept the old hoses and may reinstall after a year or so of these new lower quality hoses. Also, priced at over twice what you can find better quality hoses for at a home improvement store on sale. Since should replace every few years, buy when on sale then install as needed. I understand Best Buy does not want to be liable for leaks or breakage of old hoses, but in my case, I just count this as the cost of delivery and installation. Worth the price if looked at it that way.

So you might as will just get them from Best Buy so they delivered with the unit. If they bought the wrong parts they replace them for free you don't have to worry about trying to return the part that's already been opened.

These tangle easily and are hard to install without kinks. Watch out for metal splinters while working with the hoses. Use gloves! I hope they last as long as advertised or it was definitely not worth it.
