Stainless hoses

Awful product, a waste of money!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The inside diameter of the hoses was too small causing abnormal water pressure pulses during the first and rinse cycles that causes the the pipes to rattle in the walls making loud clunking noises that sounded like someone was hitting the side of the house with a basketball. We had to call the Geek Squad out to figure it out. He had us turn down the water pressure then the soap did not empty all of the way. Finally we simply bought new wider hoses and the problem was resolved.

Hose purchase required for washer install

Even though your washer comes with hoses included in your purchase, if you want Best Buy to install your washer you have to buy these hoses from them

another unnecessary product

I liked the idea of free installation; but, the costing of the "necessary" hose made the "free" not happen
