    Required to purchase this part but Best Buy refused to deliver my “open box” machine purchase. Basically, they sold me a washer that did mot exist and wanted me to go back to the store to buy a more expensive machine. Customer Service is a joke! They don’t solve problems just tell you that they can’t really help.

    I am giving 3 stars because the hoses flooded my laundry room when they installed. However, I believe that the installers shoved it too close to the wall and put a crack in the hoses.

    Basic connection for our new washer. Perfect fit but I don't like the fact that it's steal so it doesn't bend. Dryer is sticking out of the washroom a little.

    Hot water hose was not installed. The guys who try to handle handle delivery, installation and Haul away all together seems to me they were not expert enough to complete installation!
