The hoses are good. My only problem is that when the salesman told me that it was required to buy new hoses with a new washer, he did not ask me which type of hose I wanted. He automatically sold me the most expensive hoses!

Average rating due to price. Bought this when the team delivered. Not sure if there are cheaper versions. Works well. There is no water on the floor.

I was told that I had to buy these hoses or my extended warranty through Best Buy would be void. They are too long for my application and they have a memory of being tightly curled up in their package which makes them curl and tangle. My previous washer hoses were shorter and had removable water filters and were rubber, which I know is not recommended but they did not get tangled or take up so much space. If a machine requires a certain water hose for the warranty, it should be provided and the customer should be able to order the appropriate size for their application.

Fits new machine and was easy to install without a lot of excess.

Have not had it long enough to measure approval...last one had for 11 years from Kenmore...and they claimed I had to have a new one for Whirlpool Cabrio...hmmm..not because it wasn't working but because it's standard practice...

Best buy was late for the install and did not call ahead of time..supposed to be morning . I was not home so i didn't know how to use

I paid the extra money to have my new washer hooked up. Didn't happen the first appointment because they said there was a leak. Had plumber come out and fix leak. Made SECOND appointment and was told can't hook it up because can't touch the drain hose. How do you hook up a washer and not touch the drain hose? He said don't you have a handyman? If I had a handyman, I would have them install it. I am 55 yrs old and my husband is 62 yrs old with two hip replacements. We can't install, reason why we paid for the service. I have two weeks of laundry and no functioning washer. I spent all of my money paying directly out of my bank account for this machine. No resolution except told to make a THIRD appointment and deal with drain hose. I didn't need to pay extra money for someone to slide it to the outlet and plug it in. I'm so upset that I can't even talk. My frustration is through the roof with absolutely no help from Best Buy.
