not necessary on some machines

Waste of Money

Had to spend about 12 hours on the phone and about 25 emails to finally get it refunded. Best Buy refused to install the washer and dryer despite charging me to do so. When I hired someone else to install them, I learned these aren't even necessary. Save yourself a headache and don't pay Best Buy to install anything.

Dont do business with best buy

They dont own the application on the floor and will cancel your order with out contacting you. They dont give cash as a refund on a bad sale , when you pay cash. Its not a store its a showroom with out large products.

Kind of a rip off

I would think it would be included with every dishwasher purchased at Best Buy. The salesperson at Best Buy even forgot to tell us about it and fortunately I read the pre-installation instructions and it was mentioned so I was able to go back to the store to purchase it before the installation the next day.
