Smaller in diameter than normal there was some water "hammering" at first. The installers didn't blow the air out of the lines, but we did and it seems to have helped.

Buyer beware: do yourself a favor and read everything before you sign anything when your making a purchase. They rush you to sign, sign, sign, on this little screen that you slide your credit card through. Make them print any and all papers they want you to sign including terms and conditions that are hidden separate but referenced to. Absolutely pathetic the way they make it almost impossible to buy anything without being rushed through the paperwork. If you do have any problems they will shuffle you back and forth from one external company to another trying to wear you down. As for me....never will I even set foot in another Best Buy.

Why don't these just come with the washer as part of the pkg. Seems like just a new rip off to charge you as a separate item when you can't use ghe washer without these.

This hose is far too long for most installations. It should come in a variety of lengths. My installation needed no more than 3 feet; the rest is on the floor, in the way.

This was suggested and added to my purchase by the salesperson, not an item one thinks of needing to buy. I think it should be included in the purchase price of the appliance and not an added item.

Only reason I bought it was because it was required for the warranty. Same with the electrical cord. I looked online and the price is not much of a difference.

Works fine and conveniently delivered with your washer, but you could get the same hose for about half price if you get it ahead of time yourself.

Came during the installation and was installed by them just sthinks that this has to be charged to the customer, and that it doesnt just come with every washer you buy.

Plumbing supply has better quality for much lees but they make you buy for install.

Convenient to buy at the time of purchase. I would recommend that you buy from Homedepot to save a few dollars if you are picky.

Required to purchase for the installation. I understand the concept but the old hoses I had were still usable.

Installer told us that our existing vent kit was better than the new one. New one was too rigid since our set up, it needed to make a turn.

I bought this through best buy to ensure installation. There are cheaper options, but if you don't know what to buy, just use BESTBUY.

Fill hose is working as expected. Wish it would have been included with washer since it is necessary.

get it when I bought my washer machine. it works well. but price too high to compare from Amazon. Best buy only allow purchase it from them, otherwise they don't help on install it.

They work as intended, but really they are to long. They are not very flexible. I wish I’d had gone with a different pair.

Returned these hoses for the color-coded pair. I assume they would have worked well (hence the 3 stars) but never used them.

Typical hoses. Best Buy will not install washer if you don’t buy the hoses from them.
