The hoses should be at least 8-10 ft. The six foot hose in some apartments will not reach

It was ok not bad but had a lot of othere issues with everything else

This was something necessary for my new washing machine and it was available at a reasonable price.

They fill the tub with cold water, i don't use hot at all. Different materials than old hoses so don't know how long they will last.

no complaints yet I like that they are the stainless braided, so stronger than the usual rubber hoses

It's a fill hose. What can one say. Prefer the fill hose that we had as it was wider. Don't know why they couldn't use the one we had.

I purchased a new LG washer and dryer a couple months ago and had it installed by the Geek Squad. The washer was malfunctioning on the first wash and had to be replaced. When the washer was replaced, something happened to the dryer and it had to be replaced. The original washer I purchased had been discontinued, so I had to get another version that does not match the washer. Also, they wanted me to pay the difference for the "upgraded" dryer. After complaining on why this was not acceptable, they conceded to eat the cost. When they came on yet another day to replace the dryer, they did not hook up the dryer to the waterline for the steam function to work. They returned yesterday for a fourth time to fix this issue. When they left, I had a minor meltdown because the washer didn't work. Luckily, it was just that they had not turned the waterlines back on. This has been the most frustrating purchase ever. I was out multiple days of work and so much time. All of my experiences talking to people about this problem were flippant at best. I will not be using Best Buy, Geek Squad, or any LG product in the future.

The technician was knowledgeable and professional. The whole process of installing the washer, dryer and dishwasher was about 2 hours all and all.

I heard best buy receives these parts for free with the appliances but then sells the to the customers. They are a rip off!

My only complaint is you can buy this cheaper from other places, but Best Buy requires you to buy their hookups to get the free installation.

Best Buy gave a hard time for delivery. Worst customer service . We had to cancel our thanksgiving plans for this delivery not on time and was days after what we had planned. Do not buy from Best Buy after sale is done they don’t even care for the customer preferences. Store manager did not have positive response even after visiting store and asking for delivery reschedule.

They work like they are suppose to. Nothing fancy.

Loved the durability of product. Significantly better than just plain hosing.
