OK But I did not need it

Let's not forget I was buying the washing machine only because of a recall on the previous Samsung washer and both the washing maching and the hose set up were only less than 2 years old. Having the store make you buy this is a scam and you should ask they throw it in for free.

Unable to review what I do not have Best Buy

I finally cancelled the order, and then Best Buy also messed up the refund, and I had to call back to get my money back.

Washer hoses

Used ones from old replaced washer. Bestbuy delivery & install are a huge joke. Service people are excellent. The computer system used by Bestbuy for such activities is the worst such system I have ever experienced. Almost EVERY Day 2 or more emails arrive within a message starting completely days for the SAME service. Emails come stating that personnel are coming and no one arrives. Computer system is completely messed up.
