-minus stars. This washer machine is a piece of junk. Worst buy i ever made. Broke down after 18 months never ran again. Called two repair people to fix over 600 dollars. I have reached out to the store and the manufacture. Best buy should be ashamed to sale this machine. Please send info on lemon law, consumer fraud.

The installers couldn't use these hoses, even though I was forced to buy them when I purchased my washer. The original hoses and connections were pretty rough, and these guys didn't want to get into the job that would come with disconnecting the old hoses and replacing them. I didn't want two guys who weren't confident in their abilities to get into that work either, so they used the old hoses. These are sitting on my shelf unused. 1 star for BestBuy's policy and for the installers passing the buck.

brings water to your washer. with out it there is no water. pros: you can wash your clothes

I was required to buy this in order for best buy to install my washer. The hoses I had were completely fine.

The machine leaked and it took great effort to reschedule. I am still waiting to resolve my inconvenience fee

This is a review of my experience. The product I’m still testing. I bought this washer and dryer in preparation for the birth of my 1st child as I know I will have a bunch of baby clothes that will need washing. My baby was due at the end of August. I ordered both appliances on July 4th with the expected delivery date of August 15th. This date was pushed back From The 15th to the 25th then Sept 1st then Sept 8th then the 13th then 17th then the 25th. A total of SEVEN times! I had to keep making arrangements for someone to be at my home every time it was rescheduled because I didn’t know when I was going into labor and have no one at home for the delivery. The washer end up arranging 4 WEEKS after I gave birth. I had to hand wash all my child’s clothes for an entire month!!

Overall not bad. No leaks, kinda pricey though for just a simple hose...

I don't appreciate the "required" purchase of new hoses, but it is extra security for our home

Works fine, but a bit pricy, I guess this is the same across all appliance retailers nowadays.

I can't tell you how good or bad the hoses are they are still in the box never installed.

Turns out we did not need these hoses with our new washer, as our current ones were fine.

Nothing to say here. You need to have this when you buy a new washer, so just get it and get on with things.

Your gonna need these, so don't forget to purchase. Your old ones may not work so safer to purchase these.

The steel hosing works fine - but i have to say that i never had a problem with the "rubber hose" type.

I feel they make u buy these hoses for no reason when the ols hoses can be easily be used.

This are good but the people installing it couldn’t get the old ones off

It was difficult to put it on the dryer did not like it.

Nothing wrong with it. Might be cheaper if purchased at home depot or lowes.
