Pretty disappointing you have to pay extra for a necessary part!!!!

Installers put these in so the only reason I am reviewing is to get the points.

Didn’t end up needing this item. I already owned stainless steel hoses. The delivery guy said he’d bring the new ones back to the store and I’d be refunded. Still no refund and it’s been close to two weeks.

Glad new washer hoses were recommended ...they are made to handle new water pressure. This was great ldea

I have not had this item long enough to write review.

These do the job. We had a better set from do it best that the installers cut with a knife.

Probably not needed since Washer includes a sufficient hose; probably could have saved money.

They work for what they are intended for, but are overpriced for what they are

Didn't need them. "Old" hoses were less than a year old. Forced to buy for them to install.

Nothing really to say other than I needed to buy this to have my install done.

1. Online ordering - FAIL ( No one reads what you write in the comments section of the order. They show up and then say can’t install it on any floor that is not the first and need 4 people. 4 man job they say need verbal confirmation for appointments , why have an online system then ) 2. Resheduling Appointment- FAIL ( 13days + 5days to install a fridge and washer dryer ? how are you still in business ? ) 3. Returns - FAIL ( System is so broken it processes return of appliances to billing instead of delivery address ) 4. In service appointment - FAIL ( Appointment window 12-4, your men show up at 9:00PM, after 3 phone calls to your call center. ) 5. Payment Refund - FAIL ( Returns only for items was refunded and services which you didnt provide another phone call with a 10 minute wait ) 6. Call center - FAIL ( minimum 2 transfers to talk to any one who can do something )

Kit is okay but not necessary as the washing machine came with new hoses.

Would have been better had the installers not crossed the hot and cold!

Need it to hook up the new washer they are very neat and clean!

I bought with my new washer and dryer. It was not long enough. I returned the item.

After the initial installation crew left and we did a few loads of laundry noticed a pool of water on the floor. Ended up needing to replace the hose. Could watch it drip. The replacement hose is working fine

this is just a hose to go with the wash machine hose

Great product for the money. Zero issues thus far, however this is an item that should be included.

I hada leak from my washing machine hose. I knew I needed to replace, and was unwilling to pay inflated price with a plumber. Best Buy had exactly what I needed. So simple. Thank you.
