Bad experience

First told me forgot their straps but when I insisted the found them also would not set up cause running late then to freak me out said when I turn on the dryer it would smoke!!!! Terrible deliver and set up use a family owned business not a big box store!

We were not told to do anything. The washing machine was off the side of where it would stand because we had to put a new floor down and we left it out. We drained the water and set another install date, 2nd Delivery. There was a defect in the back of the machine found by the tech person. The machine was not moved from the first delivery. 3rd Delivery. Everything went fine.

Not what I was expecting

Salesman said they were. These don't appear to be burst proof. Good hoses - but I specifically requested burst proof.
