    Sales person did not know what she was doing 1) said my acct was closed not true 2) then ran my credit to reapply this was not necessary 3) finally found my acct (thanks to a helper standing at counter)

    Purchased so I could get professional install and delivery for the washer and dryer. I have no issues with performance but you can find cheaper alternatives. Due to water hammer the hoses can bounce and the stainless steel is loud hitting washer metal.
