Didn't work for me

I also paid for installation but gold lines were hooked to my washer and they were defective. I didn't know that they were not usable until return window was closed due to workers not being able to complete installation. I had water all over my floor due to defective hoses.

I asked him rubber hose should be replaced with new 6' Stainless-Steel Washing Machine Fill Hose those I purchased from the Store, because sales person strongly recommended that current hoses must be replaced with Stainless-Steel WM Fill Hose. But, the delivery person said he didn't want to touch the valves. He said he was worry about to break the valves. But, I asked him to replace the hoses.
