Although I purchased this item on March 19, due to issues with Best Buy's incompetence (delivery originally March 26, rescheduled to April 10 due to lack of delivery [personnel available), then rescheduled tp April 16 to move machine to a closer warehouse. Can't really tell you now how the hose is working.

I don't understand why I had to buy this product???

It was a must buy since i never owned a dryer and/or washer.

Functions as intended. Not something I pay much attention.

The hoses work. What more can you ask for. Get the job done.

This was required to install even though mine were perfectly fine (and better) and less than a year old. Sales gimmick! Tempted to put my better ones back but don't want to void an extended warranty.

Bought new washer & dryer & all new connections & install from Best Buy. Dryer quit working & burning smell. Referred to Whirlpool repair service, quickly serviced dryer & found loose power cord in back of dryer, which was installed by Best Buy. Entire wiring harness burned & needs replaced. Whirlpool does not cover cost of new power cord, since I purchased from Best Buy. Visited store in person & called customer service, only to be told no, it's been past 90 days. At least another week until dryer will be repaired & Best Buy won't even be reasonable & cover the $19.99 power cord they sold & installed poorly. $19.99 power cord unfortunately is going to cost Best Buy a longtime & frequent customer.

Well it was a horror story. The sales guy appeared good but so terrible. All he wanted was a sale. He didn't have any good advice. He also promised to call and change the financing the next day and he left for a week. I had to beg for attention for such a expensive purchase. I Feel he lied abuot his position with best buy. I Got managers involved. They said it all got corrected. Got the bill. Still messed up. I had escalate the situation to get what I asked for. Which should of been simple. The only reason I am keeping this product and shop with best buy is for the plans they offer. No one is knowledgeable at any best buy I have been to. Major training needed even for mangers. Noisy noisy product. Just dealing with it!

I returned this item because the washer had the hoses inside

This came with the install. Product seems to work well.

The first product delivered had defect in it, it was leaking water. Then it was replaced by a new one. The whole process took one month.

I was told that I had to have these for the new washer even though I already have stainless steel lines. Paid the $35 for them but they were not delivered with the new wash machine nore was I offered them before we left the store. Waiting for the return phone call from BestBuy to get a refund

Its a hose....really it is. Price around on these though.

Most new items work well at first. Ask me in a year.
