I thought it was a bit much on them to say I had to install new hoses if there ppl were going to install the washer but looking back at it now..its done and 1 less thing I have to worry about. Rubber hoses aren't any good anymore

When the washer was delivered, I was informed that the new hoses were out of stock, but I would be notified when they were available. But, the hoses from the old washer were used and I was told that Best Buy would call when new hoses were available and I could choose to have them installed or have the cost refunded if I chose to just keep the old hoses. Unfortunately I have never heard back from Best Buy and was charged for the hoses I never received. I will call and hope it is resolved.

This is an important part of connecting the machine safely and prevents possible problems in the future.

Hoses are too long if you don't need the distance. They kink up too much. Better to get the colored rubber water hoses, they don't kink and the water flows easier.

My installer was not able to change out this 1 cord. I don't know if its because he scared to break it or what but when I hired someone to come out and install everything, I was expecting everything to be replaced as plan. The one i have is very old and i wanted a new one install for safety reason.

There just hoses I was forced to buy. Nothing special about them. They work..

Installers would not leave without putting these on my machine. Caused a very loud hammering effect that reduced when I went back to my previous supply lines.

Not sure why I had this added to my order, I wasn't even asked and my fault for not noticing. Unit came with hoses. Don't buy unless you feel you need the stainless.

I was told the delivery/set up guys would cut the copper line shorter and then hook this up....they did not do that and said they couldn't. Now I have so much line in the back of my fridge...no reason for that.

Stainless steel coating/braiding can scratch up the wall and the washer and its not flexible and one of the hoses has a stainless steel wire poking out of it and stabbed me in the hand while installing it.

The hoses leak. not a lot, but enough to put a small puddle on the floor

The washer fill hose is not long enough. It barely reached the fill pipe. My husband had to purchase an extender and install it.

Installer will come up with excuses not to install. Just use old ones, or buy from some other place.

I was disappointed in the hoses. Was convinced that they were better than my old rubber ones but they are too small in diameter and they reduce the flow. Takes forever to fill.

The delivery guys forgot to leave this part,,,so i was forced to purchase another one,,,still waiting for a refund,,,,getting the runaround,,,I thought free delivery meant free,,,,apparently you are supposed to tip delivery guys,,maybe my fault for not reminding about the hoses

Was told to purchase this for my dryer but it was the wrong part for my purchase.

Don't have much knowledge but needed for install and has been brought with the washing machine

Had to buy it when I got the washer so there wasn't much choice but so far it's doing it's job

I love these items.. my only issue is best buy. Take your business elsewhere. Best buy will charge you for any and everything only to lie and steal from you anyways. This company can not properly install appliances

I purchased this as an option suggested by the sales person in the store. When this set of hoses was delivered, the installation technician realized that they were damaged, and offered to install the standard rubber hoses for free. The stainless steel hoses certainly have much nicer looks, but the rubber hoses do the job just fine and have no additional cost.
