Hoses way too long for my needs

There is a twisted-up mess behind my washer, which is about 4 inches from the wall where the connections are located. This can cause clogs and probably slows up the flow of water into the washer. There should be options for the length of these hoses, based on the needs of the consumer.

Mentioned this via email and no one has responded. Mentioned it in store and got a 'that sucks' vibe and everybody kept it moving.

Get flexible hose.
