They were very heavy and sturdier than I expected, it exceed my expectations.

The product was identified as broken once the installer test ran the machine

Flexible yet strong. Should have used I the washer when we bought the house.

I told them I had space limitations and they delivered a rigid dryer vent hose that added another 6 inches. The delivery guy made a "suggestion" to change the spigot valve for the washer to stop leaking. I contacted my plumber who said just tighten da valve nut. The leak stopped. They installed a hard dryer vent hose and suggested a flexible dryer. Sales staff gets an A Installation gets a F

Don't underestimate the power of a new hose for your washer. It's important

Had to hire a "handy man" to come and install the lines--they left old lines and told me I had to call a plumber. Local handy man told me I did not have to call a plumber and he was able to do what should have been done by installers. Sorry, but I am a widow and have to rely the I am being told the truth about these matters. Next time (if I use Best Buy again for installations--will think twice and call my own installers.

Not a whole lot to review here, just standard hoses that work as advertised.

I had no issues. Delivery guy hooked it up very quickly and it works great!

Bought with washer had issue with leaking not even three weeks later

Thought this would be thrown in with purchase. Was not so had to buy with machine purchase.

These are very sturdy and look alot better than the ones I use to have.

3rd party company damaged doors/walls during install. It took multiple trips, and last min reschedules (for which I left, or missed work) to finally complete delivery. Months later, I have yet to hear back from their claims department. Terrible svc, no follow-up and it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone who can help. I’ll never shop w/them again, this has been a complete nightmare.

Had to buy with the delivery/install process - maybe not first choice for hoses but seem to do the job for now .

This is a item that we needed to do the washer install. it would have been great if it were part of the washer purchase we did so it would not have been a add-on purchase.

These hoses should not corrode and should be usable on future washers.

When the hoses are installed properly; you will have zero water leaks

It's good strong material.it looks heavy duty but same thing at lowes

This was what we needed, I wished there would’ve been more English instructions in the box and maybe heavier duty clamps other than that it works well
