Third party service team wanted a tip for their quality work. When the LG pedestals were delivered the next week by a new service team, I was asked why I had a hose with a large hole in it reinstalled when I had purchased and paid for new ones to be installed with the new units.

Works great but will pinch easy

WAITED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE FOR 45 MINUTES. THE REP. DISCONNECTED ME AND NEVER CALLED BACK. I CALLED BACK AT ONCE AND THE SECOND REP WAS VERY NICE AND SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN 45 MIN. TO MAKE AN APPT. TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT TO SERVICE OUR NEW WASHING MACHINE. SHE NEVER DID CALL ME BACK!!!

The correct hose for my gas dryer???

I have no complaint with the installer, I just thought I was buying the correct hook-up at the store with recommendation of store employees.

Redundant Item.

Same story we got when we bought the first washing machine. Since those hoses were still in very good condition, we did not use the new ones and returned them. Incidentally, the same hoses, with the same part number purchsed four years ago were $12. This new set was $30.
