They make you purchase these items if you want their people to install your item and balance it as well. If you look at the price you'll notice the markup you'll have to pay for this service. I guess it's a mixed bag. Get more, pay more. I'll still recommend for those who don't mind but Best Buy could be a bit more reasonable when it comes to the mark up on this item.

These were not needed. The online purchase did not let me delete these. The installer did not use them, did not leave them, and did not give me a path for a refund.
