They broke on their first use

The installers did not install them correctly and they burst open on their first use. I purchased replacement hoses at home depot that have since worked fine. I was not reimbursed for the cost of these hoses by best buy either as I did not have a receipt from the store since they delivered them with my washer.

Tricked into buying it by the bestbuy lady who exchanged the washer for the one that didn't operated properly. She said i had to have it with the washer. Turns out my old ones worked just fine.

Crap product

The installer was awesome and tried several he had in his truck, but they all kept leaking at the place where it connected to the washer. We had to replace with cheap ones from Home Depot which hadn’t had any problems

forced purchase

I already had new hoses and did not need this, so I returned the item to a local BB store. They could not find this item in the system and had to manually process the return. Overall a hassle. If you really need a new fill hoses then you can save some money by shopping around.

Water hammer time

In our case after our new washer was installed, water hammer started. Never had this issue with our old washer nor with any other fixture/appliance in the house. Switched back to our old rubber hoses and it went away. May not happen to you, but keep this in mind.
