Required purchase if buying washer/dryer

If you buy a washer from Best Buy and request installation, you must buy new hoses from them. You are required to purchased them even if you have new hoses in bags that have never been opened. The same goes for your dryer vent. It might not be the same at your local Best Buy, but the add-ons cost another $70 on top of the purchase price.

Rip off

This item does not work for my washing machine. After install I had to take these off and install the old hoses on my washer because these do not supply enough water for the washing machine to function. Kept getting error codes due to not enough water flow.

Normal hose connection but small diameter hose

These were required for the “free Delivery & install” for only $29.99. They connect like normal but the hose diameter is much smaller than normal. Smaller diameter means less water flow, and longer to fill the washer. I will probably replace with better hoses.

He brought cheap rubber hoses instead and must have just kept them. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE BEST BUY DELIVERY OR INSTALLERS.

He said the old ones were slightly corroded so he left them on and kept the new ones
