Not as good as the old ones.

They asked if we wanted them installed still or not because it could save money by returning the new hoses. So we returned them. Thanks to BB for being honest!

No good

It wasn’t until now when I was asked to review that I realized they were supposed to be stainless. I got barely-long-enough rubber hoses that were kinked and leaked on installation.

New ones were placed 1 month ago

He stated that if I didn't use the new ones that the warranty for the machine would not be good. The gal at store level told me I could get a refund if they weren't needed. What a crock.

Low quality of hoses

I had to have them replaced with a better grade product. That is the problem with being told you have to use their product for them to install the machine. Inferior products never last and in this case I ended up cleaning up a wet mess and paying all over again.

I had to call multiple time to get this corrected! To then find a they left the new washer glass dirty with sticker that could remove! And they never replaced my gas line I purchased!

Shorter than your college boyfriend

Overall lack of competence (based on my experience), but if you have an off-center washer, this one is not that standard 6' that most stores sell. I ended up having to replace it with another.
