Sales rep sold me wrong item...

Sales rep said I needed this to go with said dishwasher as there were no hoses included with unit. My fault for not looking at box, just paid and left. Got home, went to install unit, and then discovered these are for WASHING MACHINE. Not fault of product, just disappointed in salesman and myself for not looking.

not working

Said hook up was in poor shape when it was not. Had to call plumber who said it was nothing wrong with and charged me $60.

I got hosed on the hoses!

Wasn't given a choice of my hoses for the new washing machine. Now, the 6 foot hoses are all tangled up behind the washing machine thanks the "DUMP & RUN delivery crew hired by BestBuy. So basically, I got hosed over the hoses.

I told them I'd like to return them. They said they would do it -- and after a week the credit still hasn't shown up on my account.

Hoses cheaper at home depot

I purchased cheaper ones from home depot.. The cash re adjusted my order he added these on.. I didn't know until to late the delivery drivers had already installed.

Not gigh efficiency
