I love I love it I have no problem from the hose since I hadit

Best buy told me I would need this for my Samsung front loader - I didn't as it came with hoses so had to return it. Bit annoying.

Buy a $600+ washer and have no hookups or accessories? Absurd

if I was to have the store do the washing machine install Required add-on at double the price of the equivalent product is available at a local plumbing store. At least I was offered a discount when I said I already had steel wrapped hoses that were only a year old.

waist of money. metal hoses with excess length make a neat installation difficult when hoses half the the size and half the cost would suffice.

When I purchased the washer I was not aware that it cam with hoses. I returned this item for a full refund no questions asked.

Hoses were wrong size and able to return to store.

No issues yet. We will see what happens after some working condition.

Horrible they don't get products in over a month had to cancel not even a phone call to ask what happened or apologize

Still sitting inder my cabinet as we never used it.

These bosses are needed for the washer to send water to it

I will not do business with Best Buy again, which considers it normal for the delivery team to come to the house to curse and fight the master working at home.

These hoses kept clogging and causing my washer to stop working mid cycle. Switched out hoses and had no more problems.

I purchased the washer in early December with a guaranteed delivery date mid-December. The delivery date has been postponed now 3 times with a delivery date now in April 2022.

They should ask you if you even need this, or if you are building a new house, what connections are you going to have. Just wasted money and time to buy this because they said they know I would need it.

This was recommend for my washer but the manufacturer does not endorse this.. delivery man did not use it and now it just sits in my laundry room looking shiny in the box.

Just extra waste they force you to buy when you buy appliances from Best Buy. Just know when you buy appliances they’ll force you to tack on all this extra stuff you’ll never use or need.

Could not use these hoses - started leaking immediately after installation, then started spraying. Had to replace with new hoses instead.

The Geek Squad installation crew did not use the hoses. I was told I would receive a refund in a few days. It has been 3 weeks and multiple calls and I still have not received my refund.
