The installers didn't hook up the machine or level it. They didn't install the hoses, and when I did so, the hoses leaked requiring a trip to Lowes to get new hose gaskets.

Very unhappy about my washer. When it was delivered, guy from best buy broke hot water faucet trying to unscrew old hose. Wk. Later still cant use washer, he told me call plumber. Thanks for breaking pipe so i cant use my washer best buy.

Never used it since they never installed anything. Simply refused to do so due to my current valves were not updated. Disappointed

I don’t understand how you buy a washer and it doesn’t include the washer holes? And they make you buy it separately but then again I needed a longer part which I had to buy in Home Depot to cheaper and better quality.

It leaked after installment, the tech first tech failed to see the problem and was leaking water

I didn't have a need for these hose as I has already replaced hoses on my old washer a couple months ago because of a small leak. Oh well........Got charged anyhow!!!!

The washer arrived and was cracked down the left side. Delivery team was subpar. Whole experience not good.

They state the will resolve and call you back and you never hear back from them so what’s the point. They continue to pass the buck

or was it the tech who installed them? Do not know but they have not successfully worked. Not able to get hot water and yet it is on high as is the cold. Problem somewhere

Installers messed up the wall faucet with this and have not done nothing but give the run around about fixing it.

deeply disappointed by the sales person. Twice they sent defective products. when they finally delivered a washing machine that worked, it was fine.

Waste of Money. Forced to purchase with the Washer but, still had to use the set that we had for the previous washer.

Stay away from any purchase from BestBuy. Low quality items. Garbage service

I returned this. It didn’t have 45 degree elbows and so didn’t fit the right space at my water lines. I purchased a different set with 45’s online

I had to buy it because Best Buy said that they wouldn't install my machine otherwise. I could install it myself, but I needed them to haul and deliver the machine, so I had to accept their requirement. That's why it's a one star.

I had received new hoses three days before this delivery was made and installer would not install machine with the "old" hoses. I had to install it myself or pay for the new hoses that he brought with him.

The two times they came to the house, the first for installation of the washer an dryer and the second time for the pedestal, they did not have them with the installers. So we haven't had them installed at this point!

I was disappointed in the quality of the parts that comes with the install. They are made cheaply. They tear easily and fall off of the dryer

It's soooo much cheaper elsewhere. Example I bought the same thing different manufacturer for 9 dollars. Dint spend 25 to 30 dollars here. Nothing special about the hoses.

The worse product delivery experience I have ever experienced. Damaged product on first attempt, no show on second, and cancelled my appt that was confirmed for third.
