These hoses are worth the extra money considering how much you are investing in a washer these days!

This tube that they connected to the washer machine was too short and they did not put the washer machine in the correct spot because of it. They said they didnt have a different size.

I "upgraded" to these hoses when I purchased a new machine (a top of the line LG). A few weeks after installation, we noticed water damage in the ceiling two floors below the washiing machine caused by a slow leak from the washer. We replaced one of these hoses and the leak stopped. We weren't sure it was from the hose, but a few months later, we had another slow leak from the machine from the other hose. Do not upgrade to this hose. It will end up costing you more than the purchase price.

This should be used for washers that have more space than usual. It's a bit difficult to adjust in tight spaces.

After install, washing machine leaked. After eventually scheduling a reinstall, turned out the hose leaked. Very inconvenient to have to NOT use the new washer in order to determine the leak. Replacement hoses seem to be ok.

This was almost exactly what I needed. Would have worked great if could have been 7' instead.

Can't operate the machine without them. works fine.

Needed it for install and it did the job. Was reasonably priced.

This product was terrible thankfully they installed this part free because it leaked all over my basement and it wasn't the kind of leak where you could just tighten the product. They put it on free since they had an extra part in the truck and the guy was very helpful he wanted it so I could use my dryer to its full extent but I had read the reviews on it a few days before and had a bad feeling when I saw it was this product they were going to install. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever. Do not waste your money on this product.

My 3 year old washer needed repair and in the process of fixing it the tech let me know that these hoses on my machine have a slow leak. Not sure for how long but there is a leak. Tech took off and put back on to make sure it wasn't an installation error (by a tech 3 years ago with installation of my machine, which Best Buy told me I had to buy these hoses & have installation crew put them on to keep my washer under warranty). Still leaking after repair tech put them back on. Not sure when the leak started but regardless, the hoses are 3 years old. Will be looking for another brand to replace.

Not long enough had to buy longer and that was more money spend after spending so much money already

Initially was told to buy by the saleswoman but quickly found out that they made the washer make a clunk noise when it filled the machine with water. Have removed them from the machine in favor of rubber hoses and the problem was solved. Seems like a waste of money.
