Each item is sold separately..It can be very expensive

We bought an LG washer and dryer, had them stacked and "installed". They did hook up these hoses but we quickly noticed that we had water hammer when the washer abruptly turned off during its normal cycle. This did not happen with our old washer and it's a bit surprising that it did happen with this one since we do have 2 year old copper pipes that do have arrestors installed. I could temporarily get rid of it by turning off the main and turning on a few faucets. This seemed to drain the arrestors but after a few cycles, the hammer would return. I ended up going to Royal Brass in San Jose and had them make me a set of 3/4" hoses and the problem is gone.

I'm just going to be blunt and to the point. There was a leak in the hose and it flooded my upstairs. Best Buy FORCES you to purchase this in order to have the appliances installed, just do it yourself or pay someone to install them because if something goes wrong with this, good luck getting Best Buy to do anything about it. I got tossed back and forth between Best Buy's insurance, the hose manufacturer, and Samsung. It just isn't worth having to deal with 3 people and I've ended up just sucking up the cost and doing it myself. This is also probably the last major purchase I make at Best Buy.

Hoses come with this series of Bosch washer - separate hoses are not necessary, so be sure to check receipt that you're not charged for something you don't need.

Not used. Installer would not remove old hoses for fear of breaking the plastic pipe.

I was told I had to buy this to install my washer, even tough the LG came with hoses. Was installed by delivery company. When we started the washer there was a high pitched whistle as the water flowed into the machine (there was also pipe hammering, but that's another story). Thought maybe new washer needs to break in, I don't know, so we used the washer as is for a few days. The whistle never went away. I decided to change to larger diameter hose, as well as, install mini-resters. No more whistle or banging pipes. Returning the hoses to BB.

This is something that you have to have for your washer. It could have been a little bit less expensive though.

Very disappointed in these hoses. The washing machine and hoses are only 4 months old and started leaking over the weekend. I had kept my previous hoses and was able to put those back on. Not sure why they make you buy new hoses, when my old ones were far better!

I got the lg washer and it came with the hoses already so do not but

The female coupling that fits over the washing machine inlet has too few threads to get a good connection. On my washing machine they kept cross-threading and would not stop leaking. They also do no have the larger internal hose diameter that make the new efficiency washers work better. Better to get FluidMaster hoses or equivalent.

Can not complain it did its function. Good stuffs.

Your customer service is the worst i ave ever seen

Horrible product. Horrific service and servicemen. It washed one cycle and when they picked it up there wss still liquid detergent in the center. Delivery was suppose to do a demo but handed me a book and left. Best Buy would not send a service man to my house but instead sent an email stating a replacement was coming that i didn't ask for. Got a usef washer interim.

Bought a new washer and dryer for new apt. I would have thought this came included.

No need for it, the machine comes with one!!! Best Buy tries to sell it but it is not needed!

The item only lasted 3 years and started making loud noises and leaking water 3 years to the date it was delivered. Not happy

Not needed, returned. This was completely unnecessary parts. Never should have ordered with the laundry

Returned it for a 90 degree washer fill hose to save space, since the metal does not bend and would interfere with the back of the washing machine

They used my old one never got this please remove this charge

Was poorly hooked up. Had to have a plumber redo the work!
