Much better than the old rubber-only hoses
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These steel hoses supposedly offer more protection from ruptures compared to regular rubber hoses. A plumber once came to do an inspection in my house and tried to sell the hoses and installation for $179. i declined. These hoses are inexpensive and pretty simple to install - just like a regular hose. Turn off the water, unscrew your old hoses and put these ones in place.

Stainless steel washer hoses

I replaced my old ones because I purchased a new washer but technically my old ones were still in good order. If you’re buying hoses definitely spring for these vs rubber.
