I didn’t realize how important steel hoses were until the Geek Squad member that did the installation told me our rubber hose was two washes away from bursting and causing a flood in our pantry area. If you are purchasing a new washer these quickly become a must have as well!

Much better than the old rubber-only hoses
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These steel hoses supposedly offer more protection from ruptures compared to regular rubber hoses. A plumber once came to do an inspection in my house and tried to sell the hoses and installation for $179. i declined. These hoses are inexpensive and pretty simple to install - just like a regular hose. Turn off the water, unscrew your old hoses and put these ones in place.
