Hooked right up to washer, no problem, easy instructions and installation. Seems to be well built. I don't know what else to say about the product. It's as described.

Always use stainless steel washer hoses!

We came home to a very flooded house one day, and found that our rubber hose had sprung a leak. Our plumber recommended the stainless steel hoses, and we never had another leak - it's been 15 years! I'm so glad Best Buy uses these as standard now.

Took forever to get the package, however. Delivery time sucked and we had a lot of confusion with the whole washing machine experience.
