Poor business practices!

The bad part is they force you to buy it. I didn’t need it my existing hoses were in tiptop shape. If you don’t buy it, they will not install your washer. More good money out the window! Wasted money!

Metal is better

They work well, and I do not have any complaints. I like Best buy will suggest which parts to buy, or I will not know which parts are compatible with my washer.

Great hoses for my Samsung washer

I am in a mobile home, so the washer had to be pushed back and sometimes that put a kink in the other kind of hoses. this one is a lot better, and I am glad I upgraded them.
