The hoses work as intended. Had the new machines for close to a month and havent encountered any issues.

This, along with the other items required for installation, works fine. I was very pleased with the installation team.

Good set of stainless steel hoses for peace of mind. Now if you purchased a steam option dryer, the kit that is supplied by the manufacturer is not stainless steel, its the traditional rubber hoses. I would suggest buying the "Y" adapter with the stainless steel hoses instead to complete the set up.

The item was very easy to setup. All the necessary components were delivered as promised.

Ive used this product at 2 different properties, and so far both have held up great. No issues as stainless steel in general is strong and reliable. Have not had any issues yet in the last 3 years owning this. Will update review if anything comes up.

All accessories were done by installers who were VERY Proficient with their Job, Excellent job setting up and double checking these items.

First washer leaked immediately. Best Buy was called and a replacement was ordered and reinstalled within one week. Good service

These are just the item for trouble-free water connections for our new washer. I've always worried about our older rubber hoses springing a leak but now, no more worry!

This fill hose was well needed for my new washing machine. I'm happy I purchased the new hose instead of trying to use my old ones from my old machine because they were worn out. This fill hose is very flexible.

I’m not sure how I can rate this purchase since I had to call for service approximately three weeks after my brand new Samsung front loader washer was installed at my home. The problem was that it leaks when I run the normal wash with two extra rinse cycles. I was told by the Geek Squad,who seem very professional, that they could not find a leak at all and that maybe I in fact had solved the problem. They also said that maybe it was the dryer because they ran a test and they said they saw a blockage. My husband had blowout the vent prior to having this machine delivered as well as our new dryer. He is also going to use rods and a brush to clean it out this weekend. Yesterday the washer leaked again only this time it was after using the rinse and hold cycle. I will be calling the geek squad back and I would hope that if they don’t find a leak again they will replace this machine since it seems to be turning out to be a ‘lemon’

Great grade of stainless steel and rubber. A good value for the price and one of the best, least expensive form of insurance. Next to turning off the water when you leave the house, even for an overnight. Ask your insurance guy what he thinks. If they could mandate it, they would.

Functions as they should. Well made should last a long time.

This is one of those items that are in use but out of sight so one doesn't really give much thought about. Also one of those items that doesn't do more than what you bought it for. It's a hose. It does its job. Perfectly, i might add. No complaints from me here. The only test left is the test of time.
