It is a quality hose and makes sense to avoid potential leak and or break in the heavy duty environment. Price was right and why not when buying a new machine.

However, the delivery man never used it but used the old one and never gave me the new one that I paid for. The hose is well made but the delivery man not so much☹️

The array of different cycles, double rinses and steam clean make this a superb buy. It is so quiet I forget I’m doing laundry. It is very large, so measure before you order if you only have a laundry closet. Also, the top washer lid needs about 5 feet of clearance to open fully if you have shelving built in above. I am very pleased with this machine. Don’t throw your booklet away. It gives you a code every so often that you have to look up. I have not utilized the Bluetooth feature to start from my cell phone, etc.
