I only replaced my other ones to get the free installation and I am glad I purchased these as the installer said the other ones were cracked and not as high quality at these. they seem sturdy.

Actually, the installation technician bought this item on behalf of me. So far, It has worked really well.

Our washer installation guy put these in. He said it was amazing that the old hoses hadn't given out yet, so we're glad to have some new sturdy ones.

it was required for my washer and dryer and honestly i think just buying everything together is the best way to go. not only do you get everything in one stop you also get free installation.

Best Buy forced me to buy these and I did NOT appreciate that but I didn't take any stars off because they're nice and it's probably a good idea to have the metal ones and to replace them every 5 or 10 years anyway.

These hoses are suggested for all purchasers. Since we had Best Buy install our new washer, they required us to purchase them. They must be purchased separately as they are not included in washer box.

I can't tell you if this is good or bad compared to similar items. This was a "required" purchase for the install of my washer/dryer that was purchased and installed by BestBuy. It looks good and it works.

Used stainless hoses, higher quality than the standard rubber ones that are usually provided. Included in the cost of the machine, which includes the delivery, setup, cords, hoses, etc.

Nice product works well and looks good great value

Great machine and gets the laundry very clean. Dials are there to be seen and used when needed. It's much quieter than all the others that we checked and better than the one that we replaced. The best is that it came with two stainless steel fill hoses that were needed and were at no extra cost.
