Made hooking up the washer very easy. Appears much better quality than just a rubber hose. I'm confident that I will have no leaks whith these hoses.

These hoses do their job as advertised, and I"m sure will last as long as the washer, since they are stainless steel and not rubber, like my old ones were.

I know nothing about what it takes to connect a dryer. I was told I needed this cord, so I bought it. The installer used it to hook up the dryer. It works just fine

Can't compare to standard rubber/plastic hoses, these are definitely worth consideration. Basically no wear after a year of use, and they look great once installed.

My wife and I purchased these braided stainless steel hoses for our new Whirlpool washer. We had used them before on our previous washer. They are the only way to go to protect your house from hose leaks, Standard rubber hoses may leak after one or two years, especially the hot water line. These stainless steel hoses have a polymer lining with a tough, corrosion-resistant, braided, stainless steel sheath. The threaded connectors are also heavy duty and corrosion-resistant. These hoses should last for the life of our washer. They cost a bit more than the standard rubber hoses, but compared to the damage a leaky hose can cause, they are well worth the higher price.

This was required with installation. Its stainless steel so it should be very durable. There have been no problems so far but I will update at a later time if that changes.
