New washer:too deep!

The controls are a little awkward. The tub is too deep. I can't reach the bottom. I know Ipicked put the only one I could reach in, but the washer that was delivered is too deep. Staff haven't been helpful.

Quality stainless steel hose

We opted for the stainless steel for increased durability and so we wouldn't have to replace it in a few years the way you have to with rubber hoses. We are pleased so far.
