Needed to purchase in order for Best Buy team to install the Washer for free even though washer came with one. This one is better, but do not know if it was absolutely necessary for the upgrade.

Stainless steel for longer life

Stainless steel washer hose worth the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchased the washing machine it was required that I purchase the stainless steel washer hose and I thought it was going to be a waste of money but, I was wrong and the hose hook-up to the washer was a smooth set-up and the hose should last a very long time because it is not made of rubber.

Hoses good, online support not so much

I would suggest checking w the store not the online or phone help line prior to your delivery date, they are not helpful and dont really know whats going on. I was quite a hassle and unnecessary delay. But they did upgrade to the stainless hoses for freexand discounted the washer and dryer at the store. In-store shopping is recommended vs bestbuy.com
