Good Hose, But Needs to be Fastened Down
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the standard hose that Best Buy sells when a new washer is purchased, so we didn't do any comparison shopping. This is a totally flexible hose, as opposed to a rigid U-shaped hose that would point straight down into the drainage tub, so it needs to be fastened down to keep it in place. Delivery people (a third party, contracted service) did not fasten it in place, so we needed to do that part ourselves (which meant our washer was not balanced, nor tested when it was installed). Better pre-installation instructions should be given prior to delivery.
