The guys said our existing hose didn't need to be replaced, so we returned it. Honest service!!

The original fill hoses that came with the Bosch 500 series were plastic. Glad to have purchased the stainless steel hose and replaced them.

What a great idea! We are very happy that we purchased them because they make us more confident that we will not have a future leak.

It takes longer to wash but you are getting more done in that time. The washer is excellent, I have noticed that my clothes are cleaner. Takes some getting used to. My particular machine was an open box and has a smell that we are trying to get rid of. The variety of wash cycle features is astounding. Read the manual! Do not expect this to be the same ol' washer. Really high tech.
