Also I should be allowed to use my own existing hoses for delivery and warranty work but I guess that's how they make their money.

Does one really need a stainless steel hose?

I have spoken to others that indicated to me that a rubber version would have been sufficient. I have heard arguments go both ways. Based on the confusing info I would have to say that the bang for buck will reveal itself within the next 2-4 years.

why stainless steel when regular rubber good

Modern washer hoses

Very pleased!

Product sold with washer--had no option.

The problem is that we were not allowed to use the 6 month-old hose and were forced to purchase another identical new one. This business policy is wrong.
