    forced to buy them as part of the installation, I had existing stainless hoses with flood protection. They were in good condition I put them back on.

    New washer came with cheap hoses connections. These stainless steel hoses are the ay to go. Definitely recommend purchasing.

    We could only get off the hot water pipe, so installed only one of it ... the cold water old pipe wont come off ... despite trying very hard. But I am not sure if metal is better over plastic, because metal corrodes !
