Leaking at or by the spigots. Calling Best Buy!

I have to keep soaking up the water so it doesn't run down the wall! The install "technician" rushed through everything, didn't seem to know much about the unit at all & the hoses are a bunched up mess. Reaching out to Best Buy today, but it's Black Friday so I'm sure I'll be put on the back burner & be stuck waiting until they send someone. Any damages will fall on their shoulders!
