Actually did not use this product already had a new installment from previous purchase rom best buy.

Always buy new equipment to make sure your wash machine works well. Didn't think I needed it but really glad I had it so the installment was completed.

I replaced my old ones but didn’t have to. The only thing o did it was because you get free installation if you buy a new pair

I was looking for steel reinforced washing machine hose lines, and you had them. A little more expensive than I would have hoped, but what isn't these days.

Ended up using hoses with a 90 degree angle in them instead. So my rating really is arbitrary. They likely work just as they should, and price is in line with other retailers.

Need to have these hoses for piece of mind against bursting. I just wished they were included in the machine price/purchase.

Stainless no burst supply line only thing to use never you rubber hoses they will fails

Had to purchase with the dryer and It was a little pricey but I over looked it since I was buying a brand new dryer.

Well constructed, heavy duty washing machine hoses.

I bought a new washer and this automatically came with it, extra charge. I had to call and have someone come back to hook it up. Now the hot/cold works correctly.

Just what we needed and reasonablely priced. I didn't have to go out and buy one. It was suggested.

Used by the installers. Assume they work fine. Had to purchase in order for Best Buy to install.

One of the times they did not bring any of the hoses needed for installation even though it was already paid for and I had no issue the other times. He stated that I needed to buy it or that he will not be able to leave or install the machine! He had some web site ready for me to sign and approve. Did not get a receipt and when I tried to retrieve it it was gone. I went to the store yesterday to have it reversed and was notified that they can't do it since that comes from another party! Can I get some help from you? It is a charge for a $100 +.
